FRUIT SALAD 
18 1/2 oz. can pineapple
Lettuce leaves
1 c. cottage cheese
6 whole strawberries
1 orange peeled and sliced
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Arrange lettuce leaves on 2 separate plates; place a scoop of cottage cheese on each. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Arrange fruit on each plate. Combine mayonnaise with reserved pineapple juice; serve with salad.
