CRUSHED PRETZELS SALAD | |
2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels (9 oz. pkg. twist) 3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese 1 env. Dream Whip, whipped or 1 sm. Cool Whip 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello 1 pt. frozen strawberries or raspberries Cream first 3 ingredients. Save small amount of sprinkle on top of finished recipe. Press remaining crumbs in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cream 3/4 cup sugar and Philly cream cheese. Fold in 1 envelope Dream Whip (whipped) or 1 small Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Dissolve 2 packages strawberry or raspberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 pint frozen strawberries or raspberries. When Jello is slightly thickened, pour over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs. Chill overnight. |
