HILDA'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
Cook 1/2 pound haddock fillet, 1/2 pound scallops for 5 to 10 minutes. Save 2/3 cups of liquid from 1 can minced clams (juice and all), 1 can cream of shrimp (frozen) heated; 1 small can shrimp, 1 small onion (minced), 1 roll Ritz crackers (crumbled), 1/4 pound melted butter; mix together. Use 1/2 of crackers in mixture and remainder as topping. Combine all ingredients, bake in greased dish 40 to 50 minutes. Place dish in pan of water. |
