HOLIDAY VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. whole mushrooms, trimmed
4 lg. red potatoes, quartered, cut in half
1 lb. frozen peas, partially thawed
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sweet white wine
6 cloves garlic, sliced
1 lg. onion
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Pepper
Hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cook bacon until crisp. Cut into 1 inch pieces.

In large mixing bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, potatoes, peas, eggs, wine, garlic, onion. Season with garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, hot pepper sauce. Add butter.

Turn mixture into buttered 13 x 9 dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

6 to 8 servings.
