SATURDAY NIGHT SUPPER 
1 med.-sized head cabbage, coarsely sliced
1/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco hot sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated American cheese
Buttered bread crumbs

Steam cabbage in water until tender but still crisp (5 to 6 minutes); drain. Brown meat in skillet, stirring as it cooks to break it into coarse crumbles. Drain. Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and mix in cooked cabbage.

Combine sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese; stir into cabbage and meat. Sprinkle remainder of cheese and bread crumbs over mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes. Serves 4.
