1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. Crisco (1/2 c.)
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 12-15 minutes until sugar is dissolved. This is a marvelously spreading and delicious frosting.
