GRAMMY GOAD'S SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
1 c. butter 1/4 c. light brown sugar 2 c. flour (sifted) Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour gradually. Make a roll of dough on lightly floured board. Cut into 1/3 inch rounds. Put onto cookie sheet and press gently with floured fork to make uniform in size. Bake 350 degrees 15 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. |
