TURKEY DIVAN 
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheddar or Parmesan cheese
4 turkey slices or the equivalent in turkey pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, cooked & drained
4 slices toast

Gradually stir milk into mayonnaise in saucepan; heat until hot. Stir in cheese and cook until melted. Arrange turkey and broccoli on toast. Spoon cheese sauce over turkey. 4 servings.
