HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 env. onion soup mix
3 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef, drain grease, put into crock pot. Add pepper, oregano, basil, dry soup mix. Stir in water, tomato sauce, and soy sauce. Add celery and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Turn control to high. Add cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high 10-15 minutes.
