GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomatoes
1 med. chopped onion
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. box macaroni
1 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Simmer sauce mixture while macaroni is cooking. Drain macaroni and stir into sauce mixture. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese.

Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in 400 degree oven until bubbling and lightly browned.
