TANGY POTATOES 
8 new red potatoes
1 c. olive oil
1 c. vinegar or more
Ground garlic
1/2 c. basil
Chopped onion

Wash and quarter potatoes. Put potatoes in shallow baking pan. Cover with 1 cup olive oil and 1 cup vinegar. Add onion and sprinkle with garlic. Cook at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 - 2 hours until potatoes are crisp. Sprinkle with basil before serving. Feeds 4.
