2 c. very stiff mashed potatoes
2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Combine all ingredients except corn flakes; chill. Shape into balls and roll in corn flakes. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve while hot. Makes about 8 dozen.
