2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. finely chopped, fully cooked smoked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular pan. Mix all ingredients; spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
