Vanilla day old cake
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Strawberry jam
Whipped cream
Cherry brandy (optional)

Mix Jello and pour into flat pan (9 x 13 inch). Refrigerate to set. Mix vanilla pudding and allow to set. Cut cake into pieces and spread with jam. Place cake pieces into glass serving dish or bowl 2 inches or higher. Sprinkle cake with a little cherry brandy to taste. Cut up Jello into 1/2 inch square pieces. Layer Jello, pudding and then Cool Whip over cake. Sprinkle with colored sugar to decorate. Refrigerate.
