HERBED TURKEY LOAF | |
1 tbsp. butter 1 slice white bread 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey 1/2 tsp. marjoram 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. onions, chopped 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. ground sage 3 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a small skillet melt butter on low. Saute onion until golden. In a saucer soak bread in milk; break bread apart. In a large bowl combine onions, bread and remaining ingredients. Mix with hands until thoroughly combined. Shape into a loaf and place onto a lightly greased pie plate or shallow baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Let set 10 minutes before serving. |
