DILLED SWISS MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg, beaten

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients; stir in cheese. Add milk, butter and egg. Mix just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen.
