3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. butter
1 c. coconut
1 sm. can Pet milk
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pinch salt

Mix. Cut oranges in halves, take pulp out. Put mixture in orange halves, put marshmallow on top. Put in oven and brown marshmallows.
