HERBS OF PROVENCE 
1 tbsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. summer savory
1 tsp. dried sweet basil
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
1/4 tsp. sage

Mix and store in a jar. Sprinkle on chicken and bake or roast. Use in soups or sauces. Sprinkle on pork or lamb and roast.
