1/2 med. apple
Sm. amount butter
Cinnamon sugar

Butter slice of bread. Put cheese slice on bread. Shred apple and put small amount on top of cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Put in oven and broil just until cheese is slightly melted.
