BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 ripe bananas
2 1/2 oz. chopped nuts

Mix oil and sugar; add eggs and salt. Add soda and flour. Mash bananas with fork and add to batter. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf.
