CHOCOLATE YUM YUM 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, butter, and nuts; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Completely cool. Mix cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, sugar, and vanilla. Spread onto crust. Mix pudding and milk. Pour over cheese mixture. Let pudding set up for 10 minutes. spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts. Chill before serving.
