ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans mild enchilada sauce
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 yellow onion
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. black olives, chopped

Season beef with garlic salt and pepper and cook over medium heat until browned. Mix enchilada sauce and brown gravy mix in medium bowl. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish with some sauce. Cover tortilla with sauce, then fill with meat, onion, Cheddar cheese, Jack cheese and olives. Roll tortilla and place in baking dish. Cover tortillas with remaining sauce, cheese and olives. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
