CHEESE LOG 
1/2 lb. Velveeta
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1 c. pecans
Paprika

Mix all ingredients. Form into two logs. Roll in paprika. Chill.
