PARTY CHICKEN 
8 good sized chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1/2 pt. commercial sour cream (can substitute plain unsweetened yogurt to lower calories)

Wrap each chicken breast with a piece of bacon. Cover bottom of flat greased baking dish (about 8 x 12 x 2 inches) with chipped beef. Arrange chicken breasts on chipped beef. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over all. Refrigerate when ready. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, uncovered. Serves 8.
