SOUR CREAM JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. box Jello (any red flavor)
1 can fruit (any kind), drained well or any cut-up fruit of your choice (about 1
to 1 1/2 c.)
1 pt. sour cream

Prepare Jello according to box directions in a bowl. Refrigerate and allow to slightly jell. Add fruit to Jello and stir. Pour half of mixture into mold. Spread sour cream lightly over Jello. Add rest of Jello on top. Let jell in refrigerate until fully firm. Enjoy.
