TACO MEAT 
5 lbs. ground chuck
8 tsp. chili powder
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. black pepper
2 med. onions, chopped fine
1 pt. water or less

Cook meat and drain well. Add all ingredients to meat and simmer. Simmer until onions are tender, 20-25 minutes. Can be frozen.
