TURKEY CHILI RELLENOS 
12 oz. ground turkey
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
6 oz. grated Jack cheese
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. whole green chilis, seeded
1/2 c. chopped green chilis
6 eggs
1 c. green chili salsa
2 c. yogurt

Brown turkey in a non-stick skillet. Add chili powder, cumin and pepper. Set aside. In a non-stick 9 x 13 inch baking dish arrange a layer of whole chilis split open and laid flat. Sprinkle Jack cheese evenly over green chilis. Spread cooked turkey over cheese. Add layer of chopped green chilis. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over chopped chilis. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl combine eggs and yogurt. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Pour green chili salsa evenly over top. Bake 10-15 minutes longer.
