SHARON'S CHEESECAKE 
12 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Soften cheese and combine with sugar. Beat until smooth and well mixed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix. Pour into crumb crust and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

8 oz. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Mix ingredients and pour topping over baked cheesecake. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool. If desired a fruit topping may be added.

BLUEBERRY FRUIT TOPPING:

2 c. fruit
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/4 to 1/2 pkg. blackberry Jello

Mix sugar, cornstarch and Jello. Add water and cook over low heat until thickened. Add fruit and cook slightly. Cool and spread over cheesecake and sour cream topping. Chill. Strawberry is also great!
