STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 c. crushed pretzels
1 stick butter
2 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. hot water

Melt stick of butter and stir into crushed pretzels; add 2 teaspoons sugar. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 10 minutes. Allow to get cold.

Cream the cream cheese with 1/3 cup sugar. Mix with small carton of Cool Whip; spread over cold base (pretzels).

Dissolve strawberry Jello with the hot water. Stir in 1 (16 oz.) package frozen strawberries. When cold, pour over cream and Cool Whip mixture. Frost with thin layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle additional crushed pretzels on top. (Do not crush pretzels until "powdery" for base or on top.)
