2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. ReaLemon
4 egg yolks
1 c. thin cream
4 egg whites
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

Make crust by cutting butter into graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Pat into springform pan. Beat rest of ingredients except egg whites together. Beat egg whites and fold in, beating careful not to overbeat. Pour over unbaked crust and bake 1 hour (not one minute longer) at 325 degrees.
