3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. diced bananas (ripe)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Cook 30 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.
