SHRIMP SALAD 
2 c. shrimp, cooked
1 c. celery, chopped
2 eggs, hard boiled, coarsely chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. dill pickle, choped
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cut shrimp in halves or thirds, if large. Combine celery, eggs and pickles. Mix together mayonnaise, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Combine celery mixture and mayonnaise mixture. Add shrimp. Serves 4.
