HEATH TOFFEE BAR COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 pecans, chopped
1 c. Heath toffee bars, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend butter, sugars and flour; set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture. To the remainder of this mixture add buttermilk, soda, egg, vanilla, pecans and chopped Health bars. Blend well and pour in greased and floured 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Add remaining 1/2 cup of mixture, 1/2 cup Health bars and pecans; sprinkle over top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
