MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. finely chopped pecans Cream butter; add powdered sugar gradually, creaming until smooth. Add flour, salt, vanilla, and nuts; blend until mixture is stiff. Pinch off small pieces of dough and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Immediately remove from pan and roll in powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen. |
