MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and powdered sugar together. Add vanilla and mix well. Mix in flour and pecans. Roll into small balls; place on cookie sheet and bake until golden (about 10 minutes) in 350 degree oven. Roll in powdered sugar.
