GREEN PEPPER RELISH 
1 lg. head cabbage
1/2 dozen med. onions
1 dozen sweet green peppers
1 tbsp. mustard seed, mashed
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 c. water
1 qt. white vinegar

Finely chop the cabbage, onions and peppers. Mix and let stand several hours in a little salt water. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Do not cook.
