CRAB IMPERIAL 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1/2 sm. green pepper, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. crab meat

Make white sauce using the first six ingredients. Add the green peppers, Worcestershire sauce and crab meat to the white sauce and pour in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 450 degrees until brown.
