CHICKEN AND WILD RICE 
2 pkg. Uncle Bens' white and wild rice
10-12 chicken thighs
2 cans chicken broth
6 oz. chablis wine
Dash of paprika
Dash of Beau Monde
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Grease a baking dish. Put 2 packages of rice on bottom. Sprinkle rice with one package of the seasonings (it comes with the rice). Then put layer of the chicken thighs. Mix broth, chablis, other package of seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper and Beau Monde. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and bake 1/2 hour covered at 325 degrees. Uncover and bake until done 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
