SCALLOPED POTATOES IN SOUR CREAM 
4 c. sliced potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. onion, chopped or sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. water

Cook potatoes and onion in salt water until tender (not too soft). Place in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix the beaten eggs, water, sour cream, salt and pepper together. Pour this mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
