POTATO CAKE 
8-10 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 eggs
1/2 lb. sausage, casing removed
1/4 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Romano grated cheese
Pepper
Plain bread crumbs

Boil peeled potatoes until soft; drain. Cook sausage meat; drain and fry bacon; drain and crumble.

Put cooked potatoes in large mixmaster bowl. Mash. Add eggs, sausage, bacon, grated cheese and pepper. Beat. Add Mozzarella cheese. Put in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until lightly browned and top rises slightly. Let set; cut and serve warm.
