CURRY AND HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. butter
Chicken, cut up to serve 5
Coconut; optional
Raisins; optional
Chutney; optional
Peanuts; optional

Put chicken in flat baking dish, skin side down. Heat and mix other ingredients in saucepan. Cover; let stand all day or overnight. Turn chicken, cover with foil; bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.

Baste once or twice. Serve with hot rice. Serve with coconut, raisins, peanuts, or chutney as condiments.
