SERBIAN CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage (about 3 lbs.) shredded fine
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Place cabbage in shallow 4 quart casserole. Pour milk over; sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Cover; bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned and cabbage is tender.
