MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 lb. pkg. grated cheese 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 medium onion 12 oz. bag tortilla chips 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce season to taste Brown hamburger. Add chopped onion. Cook thoroughly. Drain and add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce. Stir thoroughly. Add chips (better if you mash them a little). Mix until chips are covered. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. |
