SOPAIPILLAS 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
Hot oil for deep frying

Beat eggs well, add milk. Stir in dry ingredients. (Add more flour if it can be absorbed.) Roll thin and cut into rounds or squares of 4-5 inches. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Shake in bag of powdered sugar or serve plain with honey. Serves 24.
