CORN BREAD 
Preheat 6 1/2 inch CAST IRON SKILLET VERY HOT.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine:

1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. corn meal (self rising)

Bake in cast iron skillet (6 1/2 inches) at 425 degrees for 25 minutes until brown on top.
