1 yellow cake mix
2 lg. boxes instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. oil
4 eggs
12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Pour in greased bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
