ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
3 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour, cocoa and cinnamon together. Add eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and soda. Then add flour 1 cup at a time with buttermilk and zucchini.

Bake in 10 x 15-inch greased and floured pan at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and nuts. Frost within 15 minutes after baking.
