THREE FRUIT MARMALADE 
1 grapefruit
2 oranges
1 lemon
12 c. water
10 c. sugar

Slice fruits as thin as paper. Remove seeds and add water. Let stand overnight. In the morning boil for one hour, add sugar and continue boiling for 30 to 45 minutes or until it will jell slightly on a cold plate. Pour into small, sterilized jars and put thin layer of paraffin over immediately.
