1 box chocolate cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, and milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
