4 boneless pork steaks
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Tenderize pork steaks by pounding with knife blade. Combine eggs and milk. Dip pork steak in egg-milk mixture. Then in flour. Brown in skillet with 1 inch hot oil until done.
